595 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 595 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

By accessing or using the 595 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this platform.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to the 595 platform and use of all services provided are subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 595 as the platform provider.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or starting any gaming session on 595, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained in this document. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use these services in your jurisdiction.

595 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 595. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice. 595 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for verification purposes.

  • Your password is your personal responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
  • Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
  • Contact 595 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • 595 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us in writing.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 595 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 595 accepts a range of local payment methods including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other supported online payment options.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits are final once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. 595 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems or banks.

  • Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the 595 account holder.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected method and the policies of the relevant bank or provider.
  • 595 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
  • Any attempted fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All balances unclaimed within twelve (12) months of the last login date may be subject to 595's dormant account policy.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a 595 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, disrupt the experience of other users, or violate applicable laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 595 platform:

  • Player collusion in table games or betting to gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the 595 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, trade names, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 595 or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written consent from 595.

Third-Party Links

The 595 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 595 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Governing Law

Changes to Terms

595 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

595 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the request of authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting 595 customer support at [email protected]. Any remaining valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
